Neuhaus Realty Group and Ed Neuhaus use artificial intelligence tools to assist with drafting, editing, and managing communications. This page explains how AI is used and what that means for parties communicating with us.

Our Use of AI

Ed Neuhaus may use AI tools to help draft and edit outgoing emails and marketing communications. Every message sent from an @NeuhausRE.com address has been personally reviewed and approved by Ed Neuhaus before sending. The intent, direction, and content of all communications are his own.

Authorization Notice

Any reply to an email from Ed Neuhaus or Neuhaus Realty Group – whether composed by a human or an AI assistant acting on their behalf – constitutes authorized direction from the sending party. Neuhaus Realty Group will act in good faith on written instructions received and bears no liability for instructions drafted, edited, or transmitted by an AI agent on the recipients behalf.

For real estate transaction instructions (offers, counteroffers, wire transfer directions, or other material decisions), verbal confirmation may be required prior to action.

Your Responsibility

If you use an AI assistant to read, summarize, or respond to emails from Neuhaus Realty Group, you are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated reply before sending it. Replies sent from your address are your authorized instructions regardless of whether they were drafted by you or an AI tool acting on your behalf.
