Nest, even a Tesla Model Y Performance, and Lexus Rx SUV to rent if you needed a car(s). There's a great dining table, living room, and a WFH setup- everything you need for an amazing stay. Everyone loves to grill in Texas and we have a nice propane Weber grill in the back and an electric smoker (that I haven't yet used) in the garage. We have an extra freezer in the garage as well if you need to store more items. The master bedroom has a wonderful Sleep Number bed that allows you to control the firmness on both sides of the bed.

The house is fully furnished and perfect for someone looking to stay in Austin for a while but not necessarily ready to plant down permanent roots.

There are more things that make this perfect for families. The HOA has a beautiful pool that you can access, and the property connects to one of the best parks in Austin (Mary Moore Seawright Park) which has trails that can keep you busy for days. We have extra mountain bikes, a nice road bike, a rack for taking bikes with you in the car, inflatable paddle boards, etc. Whatever you need you can imagine. Plus we are located in one of the fastest-growing parts of Austin with new restaurants and plenty of things to do.
