About This Property

We’ve loved living in our home! Our children were able to attend highly ranked Round Rock ISD schools-Laurel Mountain/Canyon Vista/Westwood- which are located nearby. The convenience to Hwy 183 & nearby shopping has made our NW Austin location ideal. The carpet in our bedrooms is almost new & we've enjoyed the nice wood-look flooring in our living room & study. All other floors are tile. There's also plenty of space for two people to office from home. We don't need 2 dining areas, so we converted the formal dining to an office, which works really well for us. It's nice to sit at the desk & enjoy the view to the backyard. Installing new Pella windows in our home added both beauty & energy efficiency. We love looking at the birds & flowers in our backyard thru the large, fixed glass windows in the living room. In our bedroom & the study, the windows have built-in blinds for privacy. We sprung for quality with the Pella upgrade—but, it’s been worth it! Take notice how nicely the glass slider door works leading to the patio. Speaking of that big, covered patio—we’ve enjoyed many quite moments outside, as well as fun gatherings with family and friends. The high fence we installed provides for great privacy. While relaxing outside, we especially enjoy the fragrant blossoms of the big Magnolia Tree. The warmth of the wood & granite in our large kitchen has always been appealing. We’ll take many memories with us when we leave. But, retirement to another state is calling, & it’s time for someone else to create a new home-life & new memories here.
