About This Property

Please do not take children inside from a safety perspective. Great rehab opportunity for someone who knows the ropes. There are several items purchased and left in the garage for a future remodel.This house has been vacant for about 7 years during which time the owner has considered updating herself but after receiving some recent bids for work needed and the most recent discovery of disintegrating cast iron sewer lines she has decided to let someone else take over. There have been several bids from $30-50,000 to replace the sewer lines but they are all over 6 months old. There have been two past water pipe leaks which have been repaired and the water is on but off at the street for safety. Could be turned on by inspector for inspection.
