We worked hard to add upgrades that created peace and joy simultaneously. We painted the entire home, ceilings and all, in the creamiest white. Then we added the most beautiful wide plank engineered wood floors to the entire downstairs (except the primary bath). You'll love these floors - not only are they beautiful but they don't show dirt!! When you walk in, you'll immediately see the amazing office space with custom built-in bookshelves and fabulous lighting. Sorry - you can't have our Bono painting. Oh, and seriously, the living room is dreamy with the custom builtin bookshelves and gorgeous custom fireplace. OH OH OH - that staircase!! Y'all...trust me on this - our stair railing is smoking hot. But it's also very casual in style - we're not glamorous people, we prefer spunky, joyful and classy and I'm quite confident you'll feel that inside. I've added my favorite wall paper to the dining room and to my "Prosecco room"..you'll get it when you arrive. Lastly, what we TRULY LOVE about this property... you feel very secluded once inside. No front yard neighbors to look at- just green space. In the back, it's like a mini spa retreat- you cannot see your backyard neighbors. It's true gem just barely outside of downtown! Come on over. Let's grab some coffee, Prosecco, or whatever and work together! OH - the Roof is new as of the spring 2022!!! Before touring/applying, here is the tenant selection criterion:We're looking for: Solid credit score of atleast 650 - each person, verifiable monthly income of atleast 3 times rent, clear background check, verifiable rental history with glowing references.
