There are 3 water wells, a 7,500-gallon underground cistern for water storage, and a comprehensive irrigation system with pop-up heads installed in 2020. There are two barns/workshops, a 30’x 40’ equipment shed, and 2 climate-controlled storage units. Additionally, there is a 24’x 144’ grow house used to cultivate container trees with over 2000 trees currently in the house. Premont Orchard- This 20-acre orchard was planted in 1995 and includes space for 750 trees with approx 403 mature producing trees. There is an extensive irrigation system that was upgraded in 2024 and is supplied by a quality well that had a new pump and motor replaced in 2022.
