Broker-Consumer Relationship

MLS Data & Virtual Office Website (VOW) Terms

The real estate listing data displayed on this Site is provided through a Virtual Office Website (VOW) data feed from Unlock MLS (Austin Central Texas Realty Information Service / ACTRIS), as distributed by MLS GRID. By accessing and using listing data on this Site, you agree to the following:

• Personal, Non-Commercial Use: MLS listing data is provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use listing data for any purpose other than identifying properties that you may be interested in purchasing, selling, or leasing.
• Bona Fide Interest: You represent that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real property of the type displayed on this Site.
