The property is improved with two water wells. In 2015 the generator was rebuilt, the computers were updated, and the rooster feeders were replaced. In the last year, updates include a New Control box, cool cell, curtain, and 5 new motors on fans.
There is also a 1700 Sq Ft. 4-bedroom 2 bath mobile home. This home has been well cared for and is approximately 5 years old.
