What a terrific homestead! If you've looked at multiple homes on acreage, the house on the land is all you get. In this case, this couple developed various areas to be enjoyed by any new owner. Located on a corner lot in an unrestricted area, which by the way is not a thorofare, most streets in the neighborhood are dead ends. You can use Apache Trail, the other street we access to enter your land all the way to the back of the property. If you own a boat, trailer, or RV, this makes parking particularly handy, saving on storage fees. We are just 5 minutes from Georgetown Lake Beach and minutes from camping and hiking trails. We do have a fenced-in garden, and next to it, under the cover of a big tree, a nice fenced-in chicken coop. Interestingly, the builder had access at the time to all the original wood and cabinetry in a building in downtown Austin being torn down.
