Welcome to the Hye Way House located on HWY 290 right in the middle of the Hill Country wine trail! As you drive up to the property you are instantly greeted by a gorgeous small vineyard right out front and the house has so much charm making it so inviting. The house has so much history, built in 1924 when HWY 290 was still a dirt road. It 16 bedrooms where the family raised 11 kids. The family also operated a cotton gin at the edge of the property, there are still remains there today. The neighboring ranch used to be owned by the Johnson's, the family of President Lyndon B Johnson. The house has since been restored keeping some of the original charm and now has 5 bedrooms each with a theme that greatly represents some of the iconic Hill Country charm.
