Only Single family dwelling. Your surveyor/engineer needs to provide you with a Hydrological Report proving the new build will not cause an increase in flooding. That report will then be reviewed by the City’s Engineers, Half and Associates, to verify the information is correct before any permit process will begin.

2: Is Water available? Water taps will need to be paid for to have water services.

3: Is electricity available? You would need to pay underground electrical tap fees. We would have our electrical team provide the quote when you are ready to move forward with that process.

4: Sewer - Available ? If not, can we put it in a septic tank ? Sewer is not available through the City, you will need to contact Bastrop County to get permits to install septic in the Floodway.
