What My System Actually Does
Ok so I’m not going to walk you through the technical architecture here. This system is a significant competitive advantage for Neuhaus Realty Group and I’m not about to hand the playbook to every agent in Austin. But I’ll tell you what it does at a high level because I think it illustrates where real estate is heading.
The system monitors my target market automatically. When a listing expires or gets withdrawn it picks that up the same day. Not the next morning when I check a dashboard. The same day.
From there it does the research that would normally take me 20 to 30 minutes per lead. Ownership data. Contact information. Property details. Complete picture of the seller and their situation. All that enrichment happens automatically.
Then it creates a contact record in my CRM and launches a personalized email sequence. Not some mass blast template that starts with “Dear Homeowner.” Personalized to the seller, their property, and their specific situation.
