The connector is an MCP server, the open standard Anthropic released in late 2024. Every major AI now speaks it. Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Windsurf, Cline. One URL, paste it once, and your AI gets a search tool wired straight into Austin listings.

Is the search really live?

How current is the listing data?

Within a few minutes of any MLS update. Neuhaus Realty Group holds a Virtual Office Website license from the Austin Board of REALTORS. The same data feed that powers neuhausre.com powers the connector.

What is the difference between this and a Zillow search?

Zillow shows you a website. The connector lets you ask in plain English and get answers in seconds, without leaving the AI you already use. The data is sourced directly from the MLS, not scraped. Photos and full details still live on neuhausre.com, the AI links you back.

Can I use it for closed sale comps?

Closed comps and other off-market data (pending, expired, withdrawn) are part of the Active Buyer tier. The free tier is active inventory only. The Active Buyer tier requires a signed buyer representation agreement with Neuhaus Realty Group.

What if my AI does not understand my question?

Be specific. Mention the city or ZIP, beds, max price. The AI translates your sentence into the search filters and runs it. If something looks off, ask it to refine and try again, the connector returns the actual filter values it used so you can see what got searched.
